Acai berry summer smoothie bowl
Good Health Acai Powder is packed with antioxidants to fight free radicals, and with vitamin C to help aid your immune system.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup almond millk
- 1 heaped teaspoon of acai powder
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. A thick frozen yoghurt consistency is best.
Mix things up with these toppings
Protein power bowl:
Add almonds, chia seeds and peanut butter.
Add a tropical twist:
Add slices of fresh or frozen mango, pineapple or melon.
Extra vitamin dose:
Blend in a cup of fresh spinach or kale.
Add goji berries to make you feel fuller for longer.
A fun coconut colada bowl:
Use coconut milk or water instead of almond milk in the smoothie base, then sprinkle with coconut flakes.
