Gather the ingredients, blend and you’ll have this amazing superfood energy protein smoothie.

Chia seeds are a great source of fibre, omega 3 and protein while acai powder is packed full of antioxidants and maca powder is a complete protein containing amino acids, alkaloids and vitamins. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp Good Health Acai Powder 
  • 2 tbsp Good Health Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Good Health Maca Powder
  • 2 cups of coconut water

Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients together. Enjoy!
